Mullein Leaf ~ Dried Herb

The glorious Mullein plant has mush wisdom, medicine, and beauty to share with us. One way we can embrace Mullein’s medicine is through the leaf, which has an abundance of healing qualities yet perhaps most loved for the affinity to the respiratory system. If your lungs need some love, let them be hugged by the soothing, soft leaves of Mullein.

The dried herb can be used in an infusion (herbal tea), smoked, used in a poultice, or made into an oil.
