Embodied Movement Coaching

  • A holistic movement experience that integrates breathwork, meditation, anatomy education, mobility exercises, and weaves in spiritual principles to embody movement on a deeper level. This session is designed to align your body, mind, and soul

  • These sessions are 75 minutes in-person (Amherst, Massachusetts or Wethersfield, Connecticut) or virtual. The sessions are offered a sliding scale pricing from $80-130.

Medicinal Movement: Rehabilitative Journey

  • This specialized private session is crafted for individuals on a journey of recovery and healing. Drawing on my degree in exercise science and experience in physical therapy, this session combines targeted exercises, personalized conditioning programs, and holistic practices to support your physical and emotional healing. Whether you're recovering from an injury or managing chronic pain, this session is designed to nurture your body back to balance

Primal Path Coaching

  • Experience the power of personalized coaching with a focus on primal and natural movements inspired by Animal Flow. In this private session, we'll explore functional, fluid, and expressive movements designed specifically for you, connecting you to the roots of your body's capabilities and creating more mobility, flexibility, strength and resilience in the process.
